The work. You know the floor. We’ll teach you to build the software that runs it. You’ll shadow First Shifts, sit with operators, and build real pieces of Keel with modern tools from week one.
What you’ll own. By week 12, one workflow you built yourself, running in a real plant.
What the floor is like. You already know.
You’ve probably:
- Worked at least a year as a machinist, welder, maintenance tech, electrician, CNC programmer or operator.
- Fixed something on the floor nobody asked you to fix.
- Taught yourself something hard. No coding experience required.
Pay. Hourly, about 15 hours a week, scheduled around your shifts, as a part-time employee.
